The plot of the project neighbours upon Kyiv Zhulyany airport and presents a part of the future business park concept. The project considers 2-phased construction. The business complex is endowed with certain specific features: independent construction phases, one single unifying public space for communication, the layer of sports facilities on the top level, autonomy. All these qualities make it much more than a usual business complex.
