The massive cubic volume is expected to introduce a new reference scale and parcelling for the emerging built environment of the whole area which is likely to transform into a new business park.
Compositionally, due to the undercutting of the ground floor the massive cubic form beats gravitation and resembles the rock from Magritte’s painting. The façade pattern follows the tradition of Moorish sun-protecting trellis with their discrete and deepened window openings.
