The plot where the office building and the fitness club are situated lies at the intersection of two different grids of urban texture. The new inteventions respond to both patterns.

Due to its location, the office building creates a public space in front of the existing sports facilities. Its major volume hovers over the ground without impeding the established flows of pedestrian traffic.

1. office building
2. fitness-club
On the ground floor there is a lobby with a summer terrace. Commucational volumes inside the building divide the office floors into working recreational zones.
Responding to the position of the building, the facade structure protects the interior space from excessive sunlight and invites natural daylight into the working areas.
The roof accommodates an open-air terrace for recreation with a far-reaching view over the city.
