Located in the vicinity of the central part of Kyiv, this industrial zone is being gradually transformed into a new business area, which also includes a new office complex along  Polyova street.

The whole mass and spatial organisation of the complex consists of several free-standing towers and the main hill-like volume which accommodates office functions together with all other facilities: restaurant, cafe, day-care centre for children, pharmacy, bank, fitness club, conference hall.

The elements of the complex are all interconnected by virtue of a single diagonal grid, where its axes serve as the main passages for communication as they go through public areas, some of them being more open (squares) and others – more closed (patios).
