Located in one of the neighborhoods of Saltivka housing estate, the plot is outlined by a boulevard, two school stadiums, and a wide walking alley.

It was a deliberate choice to use a block-type structure for this group of public welfare houses. The public facilities of the semi-closed block make up the street front, protecting the private courtyards from the busy street.

The houses are arranged in such a way so as to form three courtyards free from motor vehicles.

With their main entrances facing the southern border of the plot, each of the four houses has a different height in order to ensure better insolation and a broad side view of the descending relief. Large apartments in the southern ends of the buildings have loggias overlooking the picturesque surroundings.
