The task was to divide a triangular plot into two houses in an equally comfortable and cost-effective way. To this end, we created one single volume of the house with a common canopy, while its “summer rooms” are located in different places, each of them facing a different part of the garden. In this way we managed to separate the two estates avoiding an articulated barrier. The terraced garden opens towards the border of the plot, creating a peculiar spatial layout.
