16/09/19. One of the most important cultural events in Ukraine is going to start tomorrow – the Biennale of Young Art 2019. This time the second national Biennale is taking place in Kharkiv from 17 September to 31 October. In the framework of this event we have developed a concept of an info-pavilion that will encourage people to take a new look at the city and one’s role in it.
