The first social housing building has been officially opened in Lviv

We are grateful for the opportunity to implement important and socially necessary projects.

The first social housing building for internally displaced persons and patients of the UNBROKEN Ukraine center has been officially opened in Lviv – this is the first pilot project of its kind in Ukraine.

The project is being implemented by the teams of Drozdov & Partners and AVR Development, meeting all modern standards of inclusivity and energy efficiency.

The first building contains 24 apartments adapted for people with disabilities. The first residents – patients of the UNBROKEN center – have already moved in.

The project is ongoing: the complex will consist of 8 buildings, providing housing for over 700 people. The completed facilities will become municipal housing and will be fully owned by the Lviv community.

We believe this project will set a benchmark for such housing in Ukraine, ensuring a comfortable and safe living space for people undergoing rehabilitation.

The project is being implemented by the Lviv City Council with funding from the European Union and support from NEFСO.
