During this period, many companies in Ukraine began to transform, adding educational and recreational components to their offices. Inside these spaces, there were areas for learning, relaxation and interaction that met new modern needs.
We received many orders related to the creation of such spaces for new Ukrainian economies.
One such project in 2019 focused our attention on space adaptability and new design schemes. In particular, circulation and functionality played an important role. One of the key architectural solutions was the core tower concept, which allowed us to optimize space and provide flexibility for different use scenarios.
The second such project is an entire campus that combines various functions – conference areas, catering facilities, sports and recreational spaces.
A key feature of the project was that each workspace had its own balconies or terraces, which became an integral part of the architecture. In addition, a well-developed common infrastructure was envisioned for future users, which would facilitate cooperation and communication between different users.
We designed with variability in mind – the campus spaces could be adapted to different use cases. The facade of the building also performed an adaptive function, as it was created using prefabricated elements that became part of the structure.
This project reflected the post-covid reality, where our awareness of the quality of space has reached a new level. Balconies, terraces, and open spaces have become important for creating a comfortable and healthy working environment.
