Drozdov&Partners, together with the Dutch office Karres en Brands, have joined the Test Planning process for the northern development zone of Lviv.

This area has a number of spatial and infrastructure challenges, which is why the Lviv City Council, together with Swiss partners, initiated the test planning process. Together with our colleagues from the Netherlands and four other teams, we are working on possible development scenarios. The results will be presented at the Lviv Urban Forum 2026.

Here, not one team decides the fate of the territory, but five teams propose five different scenarios that are constantly discussed and compared. This is not a competition or a contest — it is collaboration, discussion, and an attempt to reach a common decision.”
