A relatively small plot enjoys a variety of natural landscapes: deciduous and coniferous forests, meadow grass, reed, smooth surface of the water. All these qualities are emphasized by means of linear composition, which threads them like beads.

The “stripe” creates visual connection “entrance-house-water-house” and is saturated with various functions: a terrace, a swimming pool, a long promenade, a sculpture garden, an orchard, a vegetable garden, a sports ground, a playground for children, a sweat-house (banya), a beach, a pier. However, the rest of the plot remains untouched. The linear composition of the whole structure is accentuated by a frame-like portal of the house volume, pierced by dynamic horizontal lines: furniture, partition walls, a long ramp, a swimming pool, space for exhibiting pictures.
