The project came as a response to the crisis. Our aim was to transform a warehouse into a modern office centre with minimum costs, both during construction and further use, by means of harmonious combination of natural light, sun protection and heat insulation. The centre also houses a conferences-hall, a cafe and shops. With a minimal set of tools, the building acquired a new image and became a brand-new remarkable sight on the main road.
