We are implementing a social housing project in Lviv

We are implementing a social housing project on Mykolaychuka Street in Lviv.

The project aims to create a comfortable and affordable living space where internally displaced persons will temporarily live while undergoing rehabilitation at UNBROKEN rehabilitation center.

We propose a combined structural system based upon prefab reinforced concrete elements and cast-in-situ structures. The system allows for modules and elements of various width and length to provide flexible layouts for the flats. Another important element of the project is quick assembly construction technologies for buildings to be developed and produced by a Ukrainian company.

Large-module prefab construction technologies are widely used in Europe. They speed up the construction process; centrally manufactured prefab modules ensure high quality and diverse solutions.

The project is being implemented by the city with the financial support of a European grant. The construction of housing is to be carried out in accordance with the principles of “green recovery” and an ecological approach.
