Drozdov & Partners in cooperation with AVR Development is implementing a social housing project on Mykolaychuka Street in Lviv, the first pilot project of this format in Ukraine.
The project was initiated during one of the largest IDP crises in Lviv. The city made a strategic decision to become a key rehabilitation center and take on the role of a developer, creating social housing as part of its long-term urban development strategy.
The project is being implemented by Lviv City Council with funding from the European Union and support from NEFCO.
